All the graphics I use on my pages (main pages, menu etc.) are not to be taken from this site. Those are for the use of Country Colors only.

I have the right to change these terms at any time, without prior notice.

Linkware Graphics and Graphic Collections

You may:

Use the graphics on your personal or non-profit organization website and in emails or as avatars in message boards (you must have a link back to me or include that the graphic is froun CountryColors.net).
Print my graphics for personal use *ONLY* for newsletters, cards, stationery, scrapbooking, etc.
Use peices of a set and mix sets as you wish.

You may *NOT*:

Alter the graphics in any way. This includes changing the size, color, format, etc.
Re-distribute or re-sell my graphics in any way.
Create other graphics with my graphics. Such as banners, awards, buttons, etc.
Direct link my graphics. This measn you must download the graphics then upload them to your own server.

You *MUST*:

Link back to http:/www.countrycolors.net on every page on your site that you use my graphics, and every email you use my graphics in, with a logo graphic that I provide with each set, or a logo from my "Logos" page, or a readable text link.
Include the text "Graphics © CountryColors.net" on all printed items.

Licenses

All licenses may be purchased through my Colors Shoppe.

Commercial Use License
A commercial site is defined as a site that sells something, even if you don't make a profit. This includes using the graphics on your E-bay auction pages. With the purchase of this license you may use all of my linkware graphics and the graphics in my Graphic Collections (of the collections you have purchased) on your commercial site as per the Terms of Use for "Linkware Graphics and Graphic Collections" listed above. After you purchase this license you must email me with your name and the URL of the site my graphics will be used on. If you have more than one commercial site which you want to use my graphics on you MUST purchase a license for each of those commercial sites.

Web Designers License
Web Designers must purchase a license to use my graphics on the websites they make. You may choose from 1 or 2 different licenses. The first license is for use of all my graphics for only one site. The second license is for use of all my graphics with an unlimited amount of sites that you create for other people. With the purchase of either of these licenses you may use all of my linkware graphics and the graphics in my Graphic Collections (of the collections you have purchased) on the site(s) you create as per the Terms of Use for "Linkware Graphics and Graphic Collections" listed above. After you purchase this license you must email me with your name and the URL of the site my graphics will be used on.

If the site you are creating is a commercial site, then your client will have to purchase my Commercial Use License in addition.

Crafter's License
This license allows you to use any of my linkware graphics and any Graphic Collections you have purchased or may purchase from me in the future on your items. You will not be allowed to alter the graphics; i.e. change colors, etc.) My copyright for the graphics must be printed (and readable) on the label found on the item, whether it's a hang tag or actaully on the item. Digitizing License
With this license you may use any of my linkware graphics any Graphic Collections you have purchased or may purchase from me in the future for digitizing to sell by download via your website or by CD. You must email me with the names of the graphics you will use. If you purchased the license for unlimited graphics, then you do not have to email me with the graphics you are using. Only minor alterations to the graphics are allowed if needed when creating your digitized design. Do not change the overall appearence of the graphic. You must have a link to me: http://www.countrycolors.net on every page where my graphics are used for your patterns. Please include:

on any printed items that include my graphics in your patterns.
